Ingredients
- Paleo tortilla chips (This brand is great! https://amzn.to/3vpQT42)
- 1 lb Ground beef (cooked and seasoned to your liking)
- 1 Can Pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- Scallions
- Paleo Nacho Cheese (Siete brand)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on baking pan.
- Spread totilla chips across parchment paper. Then add ground beef, beans and scallions across. Spread nacho cheese over everything.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
