• Paleo tortilla chips (Siete brand)
  • 1 lb Ground beef (cooked and seasoned to your liking)
  • 1 Can Pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  • Scallions
  • Paleo Nacho Cheese (Siete brand)


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper on baking pan.
  2. Spread totilla chips across parchment paper. Then add ground beef, beans and scallions across. Spread nacho cheese over everything.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
