- Almond flour tortilla
- Ground beef (cooked and seasoned)
- Avocado (mashed with salt)
- Shredded cheese (vegan, optional)
- Slightly cook tortilla on each side. cut slit halfway in.
- Spread ingredients on each section of the tortilla then fold, beginning with one slit section and folding it over 3 times until all ingredients are inside.
- Cook on each side until slightly crispy. Then enjoy!
