• Almond flour tortilla
  • Ground beef (cooked and seasoned)
  • Avocado (mashed with salt)
  • Salsa
  • Shredded cheese (vegan, optional)


  1. Slightly cook tortilla on each side. cut slit halfway in.
  2. Spread ingredients on each section of the tortilla then fold, beginning with one slit section and folding it over 3 times until all ingredients are inside.
  3. Cook on each side until slightly crispy. Then enjoy!
