  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Heat pan over stove so that the maple syrup candies well.
  2. Add pecans, then add maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. The maple syrup will begin to bubble. Stir together constantly until pecans are fully coated and all of the maple syrup is gone.
  4. Once done, Spread out over parchment paper and allow to dry. Store for up to 2 weeks or enjoy instantly!
