- 1 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Heat pan over stove so that the maple syrup candies well.
- Add pecans, then add maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- The maple syrup will begin to bubble. Stir together constantly until pecans are fully coated and all of the maple syrup is gone.
- Once done, Spread out over parchment paper and allow to dry. Store for up to 2 weeks or enjoy instantly!
