Sometimes I forget to eat, OR I just don’t want to cook anything. Anyone with me?

So here is a super simple, yummy, and better yet healthy quick meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup of corn
  • 1-2 TBSP mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Cucumber (sliced)

Directions

  1. Combine tuna, corn, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Slice cucumber to scoop with and enjoy!
