
Sometimes I forget to eat, OR I just don’t want to cook anything. Anyone with me?
So here is a super simple, yummy, and better yet healthy quick meal!
Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 cup of corn
- 1-2 TBSP mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cucumber (sliced)
Directions
- Combine tuna, corn, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Slice cucumber to scoop with and enjoy!
