These are my favorite side dish by far. So simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Lbs Brussel sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut off base of brussel sprouts then cut into halves or fourths, depending on size.
  2. Place in bowl and drizzle in olive oil until completely covered, add sea salt.
  3. Place on baking sheet and cook in oven at 425 for 25 minutes (or until the big pieces are tender with some char.
