This is one of the most simple yet delicious recipes when you need a quick side! Our whole family is in love with roasted broccoli!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz broccoli (you may want to double this recipe if you’re cooking for more than 2 people)
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 425 F. Wash and chop broccoli. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Place chopped broccoli in bowl.
  2. Drizzle broccoli with enough olive oil to coat the broccoli. Add sea salt and mix.
  3. Place broccoli evenly on baking sheet and put in oven. Be sure to stir every 10 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly.
  4. cook for 30-45 minutes until broccoli is tender and charred. Serve.
