This is one of the most simple yet delicious recipes when you need a quick side! Our whole family is in love with roasted broccoli!
Ingredients
- 12 oz broccoli (you may want to double this recipe if you’re cooking for more than 2 people)
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Set oven to 425 F. Wash and chop broccoli. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Place chopped broccoli in bowl.
- Drizzle broccoli with enough olive oil to coat the broccoli. Add sea salt and mix.
- Place broccoli evenly on baking sheet and put in oven. Be sure to stir every 10 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly.
- cook for 30-45 minutes until broccoli is tender and charred. Serve.
