
One of the things I love about this recipe is how easy it is, yet how sophisticated it seems! It takes minimal time and yet comes out juicy and beautiful!
Ingredients
- 1-2 Lbs Pork Loin
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Thyme
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Set Oven for 375 F. Season tenderloin all over with a good amount of salt, onion powder, garlic powder and thyme.
- Heat skillet (capable of being in the stove) over medium heat and drizzle bottom with olive oil. Once heated, Place Tenderloin in hot pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes (just enough to sear the outside but not cook all the way through).
- Place skillet with seared tenderloin in the oven for 23 minutes.
- Once done, let it rest for 5-8 minutes before cutting into slices.
