This has always been my favorite way to make salmon! It has a beautiful flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 4-5 Pieces of Salmon
- 10 Slices of lemon
- 10 Slices of vegan butter (you may also use olive oil)
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Dried or fresh Thyme
- Salt
Instructions
- Layout each piece of salmon on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Season each piece with onion powder, garlic powder, thyme and salt.
- Place two slices of the vegan butter on each salmon then places two slices of lemon on each salmon.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. If you would like a crispier salmon skin, bake skin side up. For soft skin, bake skin side down. Bake for 17 minutes. Serve.
