Remember that yummy breaded chicken recipe? It goes GREAT in a salad!
One of my favorite salads to make by far.
Ingredients
- GF breaded chicken (find recipe here)
- Brussel sprouts, quartered
- Broccoli, chopped
- Avocado, sliced
- Spring mix lettuce
- Favorite vinaigrette dressing
- Olive oil
- Feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Make GF breaded chicken as said by recipe given on recipe page.
- Set oven to 400 degrees. Place quartered brussel sprouts and broccoli in a bowl and cover with olive oil and salt. Place on baking sheet and cook for 25 min until slightly crispy.
- Place spring mix lettuce, brussel sprouts, broccoli, sliced avocado, chicken, dressing and feta cheese (optional) together and enjoy.
