Can we all agree that mango is by far one of the best fruits out there?! I’m constantly looking for ways to use mangos in a sweet treat. I have had quite the sweet tooth lately so I thought I would give this one a try and it was pretty good!

 

 

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 4-5 Cups mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 14oz Can of coconut milk (Like this one: https://amzn.to/48JNb3w)
  • 5 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Dairy free milk of choice (if needed to help blend)

 

Directions

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (adding dairy free milk to help blend if needed)
  2. Pour into airtight container and place in freezer. Take out 20-30 minutes before ready to serve to soften a bit.
