Can we all agree that mango is by far one of the best fruits out there?! I’m constantly looking for ways to use mangos in a sweet treat. I have had quite the sweet tooth lately so I thought I would give this one a try and it was pretty good!
Ingredients
- 4-5 Cups mango (frozen or fresh)
- 14oz Can of coconut milk (Like this one: https://amzn.to/48JNb3w)
- 5 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Dairy free milk of choice (if needed to help blend)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (adding dairy free milk to help blend if needed)
- Pour into airtight container and place in freezer. Take out 20-30 minutes before ready to serve to soften a bit.
