This is a simple dish. It has the flavors of stir fry and is super savory and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts
  • 10 oz Broccoli (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/4 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos (This one is great: https://amzn.to/3RPTbRo)

Instructions

  1. Cut up chicken into chunks. Season chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Drizzle pan with olive oil and add chicken to pan. Cook chicken until 165 degrees. Then add broccoli and cover with lid (stirring occasionally).
  3. Once broccoli is soft, add the coconut aminos and stir (you may want to add more coconut aminos depending on how much flavor you’d like. Cook for another 30 sec-1 min. Then it’s ready to serve! You can serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or anything else!
