If you are an ice cream lover and don’t think a banana can ever compare, you will be pleasantly surprised! This ‘nice’ cream is so tasty and even better with some yummy toppings! Such a simple and sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 bananas
  • 1/4 cup non dairy milk (i used oat milk)
  • Peanut butter (optional)
  • Other toppings (dairy free chocolate chips, coconut whipped cream, nuts…)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 2-4 bananas. place them in a bag or on a wax covered plate and place in the freezer 4 hours-overnight.
  2. Once bananas are frozen, place them in a blender or food processor with 1/8 dairy free milk and blend. The thicker it is, the better. You will need to stop and stir a few times. add more dairy free milk as needed.
  3. Place in bowl and add toppings. I like to melt some peanut butter and drizzle it over as well as add some dairy free chocolate on top.
