Ingredients
- 1-2 Cucumbers (sliced and cut in fourths)
- 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- Lemon juice from 1-2 lemons
- Paleo Italian Dressing (I like this one: https://amzn.to/4aODmn4)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Mix cucumbers and tomatoes together in bowl then cover in lemon juice and mix well.
- Cover in Italian dressing then add salt and pepper and mix.
- Eat right away or store in fridge!
