If there’s one thing I have been craving lately it is breaded chicken and these tenders are SO GOOD! They are crispy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside. You wont want to bread your meat with anything else after trying these!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts, cut in half (into tenders)
  • 1 Cup almond flour
  • 1 TBSP paprika
  • 1 TBSP onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 TBSP salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and place on a plate.
  2. Dip bare tender in egg then let excess drip off and roll in dry ingredients until fully coated. Repeat for each tender (add more dry ingredients if needed).
  3. Place tenders on rack on top of a lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (turning halfway through).
  4. When they are 165 degrees internally and crispy on the outside, they are ready. Enjoy!
