Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut the apples in half and remove the core.
- Add all topping ingredients into a bowl and combine well.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of pecan crumble onto the apple halves.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender but not mushy.
- Serve apples warm. Top with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel (optional).
