This has always been my favorite way to make salmon! It has a beautiful flavor and texture.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Pieces of Salmon
  • 10 Slices of lemon
  • 10 Slices of vegan butter (you may also use olive oil)
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried or fresh Thyme
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Layout each piece of salmon on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Season each piece with onion powder, garlic powder, thyme and salt.
  2. Place two slices of the vegan butter on each salmon then places two slices of lemon on each salmon.
  3. Heat oven to 425 degrees. If you would like a crispier salmon skin, bake skin side up. For soft skin, bake skin side down. Bake for 17 minutes. Serve.
