Smoothie bowls are great! Breakfast, sweet treat, or really any time. You can add as much or as little toppings and make it hearty if you’re eating it as a meal. You will want to eat them daily, I’m sure of it!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I used mangos and strawberries)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Grain-free Granola (I use this: https://amzn.to/3tRERzX)
- Scoop of peanut butter
- 3 strawberries (sliced)
- Half a banana (sliced)
- Blueberries
- Drizzle of honey
- Frozen acai packet (optional)
Instructions
- Put your frozen fruit, coconut water and acai pack (if using) together in a blender. You want the smoothie part to be thick, so you may have to stir it a couple of times depending on your blender. Once mixed, place in a bowl and set in freezer (If your consistency was more runny than you would like, keep it in the freezer for a bit longer to thicken).
- Slice your strawberries and bananas.
- Grab smoothie bow and top with granola, sliced strawberries, sliced banana and blueberries. Add a scoop of peanut butter and drizzle all over with honey. Serve.
