One of the things I love about this recipe is how easy it is, yet how sophisticated it seems! It takes minimal time and yet comes out juicy and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Lbs Pork Loin
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Set Oven for 375 F. Season tenderloin all over with a good amount of salt, onion powder, garlic powder and thyme.
  2. Heat skillet (capable of being in the stove) over medium heat and drizzle bottom with olive oil. Once heated, Place Tenderloin in hot pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes (just enough to sear the outside but not cook all the way through).
  3. Place skillet with seared tenderloin in the oven for 23 minutes.
  4. Once done, let it rest for 5-8 minutes before cutting into slices.
