Ingredients

  • 5 Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Oatmilk
  • 3 TBSP Vegan butter (I used Miyokos)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Place in a pot of water and heat to boil. Boil for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are easily cut through with a knife.
  2. Drain and place potatoes in a bowl with the oatmilk, vegan butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Mash together and stir until you reach the consistency you like for mashed potatoes.
