Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (I use all natural wild caught brand)
  • 1-2 TBSP primal kitchen mayo
  • Half an avocado
  • Handful of spring lettuce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sliced almonds optional

Directions

  1. Grab a handful of lettuce and add to plate.
  2. Mix 1 can of tuna with 1-2 TBSP mayo of choice (I used primal kitchen), add salt and pepper. spread across lettuce.
  3. Add cut up avocado and sliced almonds.
